THE BIBLE WAY TO HEAVEN
If God would accept you just the way you are, forgive you
for all your sins, and take you to Heaven when you die, would you let Him do it?
Great News! God loves you so much that He came up with a
plan to forgive you for your sins so that you can spend forever with Him in Heaven!
There are just a few things you need to learn from the Bible in order to receive
God's free gift of forgiveness.
1. YOU ARE A SINNER, AND NOT GOOD ENOUGH TO GET TO HEAVEN:
Romans 3:12 …there is none that doeth good, no, not one.
Romans 3:23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God.
2. YOUR SINS HAVE TO BE PAID FOR, AND DEATH WILL BE THE PENALTY:
Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death…
Romans 5:12 Wherefore as by one man sin entered into the world, and
death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:
3. IT IS NOT OVER WHEN YOU DIE, AS YOU WILL FACE JUDGMENT ONE DAY:
Hebrews 9:27 And as it is appointed unto men once to die,
but after this the judgment
Revelation 20:12 And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the
books were opened….and the dead were judged out of those things which were written
in the books, according to their works.
4. WHEN THE BOOKS ARE OPENED, YOU WILL GET WHAT
YOU DESERVE IN ETERNITY:
Revelation 21:8 But the fearful, and unbelieving, and
the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolators, and
all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone:
which is the second death.
5. YOU HAVE A PERFECT SUBSTITUTE, WHO TOOK YOUR
PLACE ON THE CROSS:
John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only
begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
Romans 5:8 But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we
were yet sinners, Christ died for us.
6. YOU MUST ACCEPT GOD'S FREE GIFT OF SALVATION
BY ASKING HIM TO FORGIVE YOU AND SAVE YOU:
Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift
of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
Romans 10:13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.
Pray this prayer from your heart :
Dear Lord, I know that I am a sinner. I realize right now,
that if I got what I deserved, I would die and go to hell. I am sorry about my sins,
and I ask you to forgive me. Jesus, please save me from hell, and give me a home
in heaven. I am accepting your free gift of forgiveness and eternal life. In Jesus'
name, Amen.
