We have four main purposes here at New Heights Baptist church. We attempt to allow these purposes be a guideline for all that we do.

1. To bring glory to God

2. To reach people with the Gospel Message

3. To disciple Christians

4. To strengthen families

At the core of our existence is a desire to glorify God through all we do. Every service, every class, and every activity are wrapped around the core of bringing glory to God. We strive toward this goal on a corporate level as a church family and on an individual level as growing Christians

Next to our personal relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ, our highest goal is to introduce Him to as many people as we can. Our Lord's last words on earth were to take the message of salvation to every person. We spend much of our time and energy sharing the Gospel with people in our community.

We make a priority of helping Christians grow in their daily walk with God. Through our Bible study classes and individual discipleship programs we want to help people get from where they are to where they can be for the Lord

Teaching and preaching on the home and family are regular here at NHBC. In a world where dysfunctional families are the norm, we want to be a shining light. We believe that families can succeed! We host a marriage retreat each Spring where couples can get away and learn powerful lessons about building their home God's way. Families need strengthening, and the best tool to do that is the local New Testament church.
