Don’t Mingle With Sin

When we look at the Israelite people, we see what happens when we begin to mingle with the culture around us and accept what man sees as right but God sees as sin.  When Moses brought them out of Egypt, no one probably was thinking that one day they would sacrifice their own children to idols.  Likewise today, we should heed the warning shown to us and make sure that we are living for the eternal, that we are not sacrificing our families for the next promotion or pay raise, that we are instead living as God has called us to live.  Pastor Reyes challenges us in these areas as he looks at Psalm 106:34-40 and the plight of the nation of Israel.
