In Mark 2:1-12 we see four men who set out to see their friend healed by Jesus. Four men who were not dissuaded by the crowd. Four men, who when Jesus saw their faith, healed the sick man and caused the crowd to be amazed, glorify God, and exclaim, “We never saw it on this fashion!” What about us? Are we easily dissuaded from serving God? Do we keep doing the things God has called us to in-spite of the world around us? Will people say of our lives that “we never saw it on this fashion”?
